While staying, you will feel secluded/private yet be a 10 minute drive away from everything! The house was built in 2017 with modern finishes. The hottub is always hot and the oversized couches are always comfy. The neighborhood is family/wildlife oriented. Come unwind and relax in the sticks!

Located on a quiet side street in central Kirksville, it is within walking distance of a grocery store, drugstore, playground, and Truman University. Two bedrooms each have their own private bathroom. Modern kitchen has island seating, and is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. WIFI, Roku, and washer/dryer available.
