Come with me on a intimate tour with a nice mix of history, architecture, fun anecdotes, a few jokes and really, really, tasty food (Not the mainstream, cliché, touristy food!). We'll start at the Plaza Mayor and then make our way through the old village, stopping at a local market to enjoy some entrees and drinks. Then continue our historical journey through the most ancient and interesting parts of the old town, to finally end before the majestic Royal Palace. After putting aside the history we’ll finish the tour at a really cosy, gourmet restaurant where you'll get to taste different, mouth-watering, chef made tapas, local drinks and a really special and traditional liquor quite involved with the history of the city. Of course, aside from the food goodies, we will get an opportunity to chill, know each other better and share some laughs. Esta experiencia esta pensada para aquellos que quieran pasar un rato agradable en un autentico taller de Cuero Artesano Español. A los asistentes les enseñare algunas de las herramientas que se usan para trabajar el cuero, muchas de las cuales son las mismas que se usaban en épocas medievales, y también la variedad de pieles que existen. Cada participante tendrá la oportunidad de realizar con sus propias manos una pieza artesanal usando cuero Español de primera calidad. Se podrá elegir entre varias piezas, todas ellas sencillas de realizar, pero con un diseño bonito y original; Un lindo bolso de mano, un cinturón a medida, una cartera, dos diferentes monederos o pulseras trenzadas. Comunicándolo previamente al profesor esta la opción de realizar una pieza distintas a estas, que diseñaremos en el acto.... quizás algo que siempre se quiso hacer, un bolso, una riñonera, una funda de móvil.... Cada pieza sera única ya que cada participante podrá decorar su trabajo a su gusto, usando una técnica llamada Repujado, de amplia tradición en España, que introdujeron los Árabes hace cientos de años. Cada uno podrá hasta plasmar sus iniciales sobre su obra!! No seremos muchos en el taller para que tengamos la oportunidad de conocernos y no andar con prisas. We will meet at the train station and I will take you to explore some of the most beautiful Spanish landscapes that Madrid National Park Mountains can offer for 2-3 hours approx. The hike is easy and relaxing, perfect for a rest from the city hustle and bustle and connect with nature (it is only known by locals so it won't be crowded). We'll hike along mountains, little streams, oaks, holm oaks, pines, blackberries, wild roses, sometimes cows and horses will be free roaming among us... We will see some of the most amazing natural treasures that "la Sierra de Madrid" hides (including local ranches), we will also see some historical remains and will stop at a lookout to contemplate the chain of Mountains and the nearest towns. During winter time, we will be able to enjoy the snow if the forecast is with us, and during summer, we will enjoy the fresher temperatures from the city center. We’re having a special feature, today, Monday the 15th, from 17h00 to 19h00. LisboaLove Fado is the ultimate event to live and feel Portuguese Lisboa's traditional genre. Starting at 5PM on Friday’s and Tuesday's. I'll share some of our traditions and culture and a brief introduction to the history of Fado, to set the mood for our evening. The LisboaLove Fado takes place on an exclusive venue: my apartment! Please notice that pictures include also previous venues. It's a personal full experience only for the guests who book it, not joining a Fado Restaurant with others. For context I'll summarize the history of Fado. This will be followed by a 40-minute tribute performance to Amalia Rodrigues, Portugal’s most famous and well-loved Fado singer. I will add some commentary during the concert to resume the lyrics being performed. Since it is afternoon you may have walked a lot in our hilly city already, so we'll serve a snack of traditional petiscos. There's no Fado without some wine and olives too. But don't worry - I'm not singing :) A highly talented and recording Fado singer and musicians are performing for you!

After a welcome coffee to our XV century old house, we'll go downstairs to the stables to brush and saddle up the horses, and then we'll ride for about two hours across the silent, ancient landscape of Segarra, the Catalan Tuscany, on our way to some small medieval Catalan village. Wheat and barley fields, organic wineyards, old almond and olive trees, hills and slopes furrowed by ancient dry stone walls and incredible views will melt before your sight. Don’t worry if you’ve never ridden before, you'll be a small group so we will be on hand to help, instruct and support you. After riding you can explore our small village and go up to the XI century watchtower to see the amazing views. Then we will cook and share a traditional paella in our garden made with homegrown and very local products, while we talk about life and passions. And, from May to October, you can also swim in our natural pool. So don't miss your swimsuit!

This 4-course workshop lasts approximately 2.5 hours and is a great introduction to the world of paella and Spanish cuisine.  You will be greeted by one of our hosts with a glass of cava and then walked through the concept behind The Paella Club and the ingredients we work with. Afterwards, guests will organise themselves in groups of one-two per cooking station, where they will find every utensil and ingredient needed to cook each paella under the promise of a fully immersive and dynamic experience. Depending on the size of the class, several varieties of paella will be made at each class so that all of the guests are able to learn how to create and taste more than one type of paella.  You will feel at home while our staff guides you through our "10 secret paella steps." As a preview, we'll give away one of the 10 secret steps: Step 1—take a sip of our premium wine. The paella workshop itself has a duration of 45 minutes to an hour. After the workshop is over, while the paellas are finishing cooking, you will sit and enjoy other courses made by our chef as well as your paella creations with Catalan wine pairing. The Natural Park Sierra del Guadarrama offers incredible and rugged landscapes of breathtaking beauty. We will ride a horses on the private land/Ranch belonging to my families for three generations in Madrid Moutains. Thanks to our riding trails across the Sierra, led by our expert guides, you will discover all those unspoilt settings and enjoy a time of adventure and fun. Nuestra inmersión en la cultura toledana empezara con una caminata a través de los miradores con las mejores panorámicas de la ciudad. caminaremos por sus mágicas calles, pasearemos maravillados por su impresionante arquitectura y ascenderemos hasta la mayor fortaleza de la ciudad. Allí haremos una pausa para que puedas comer tranquilo y sin prisas, ya que te aseguramos que en nuestra aventura la idea es que puedas disfrutar plenamente. Continuaremos nuestro recorrido hacia el segundo destino, que será la ciudad de Segovia, patrimonio de la humanidad por la UNESCO. Al llegar conoceremos el acueducto romano mejor preservado del mundo, subiremos hasta su parte mas alta e iremos a explorar una de las fortalezas medievales mas importantes de España, el majestuoso Alcázar. Antes de emprender nuestro regreso pasearemos por la calle Real , famosa por sus magnificas tiendas donde podremos comprar un lindo recuerdo.

Open for all levels, thanks to our responsive and easy to ride horses, you will be able to ride even if you never saw a horse before :) Enjoy an intimate and fun experience in a scenic route, tall and beautiful trees will give you a fresh feeling, streams and brooks, wildflowers of various colours, cows and bulls, and much other flora & fauna. We'll head to where the city ends, nature begins, and tourists rarely venture. I'll take you to a local ranch, where you will be able to pet horses, dogs, sometimes there are even young horses that you can meet. I'll teach you the basics of riding. Then we'll set out across a dramatic landscape of forest and mountains for 1 hour approximately and when the ride finishes you will be able to pet and take pictures with friendly horses inside our barn. I will bring you from the meeting point to the ranch and back to the meeting point for free. To get to the meeting point you can use different types of transport, don't hesitate on asking. The ride will be around 1 hour but from when we meet to when we say bye-bye it will be around 2 hours. Bring adequate clothing for the day's climate & wear comfortable clothing including long pants and closed-toed shoes, without heels. Tips are greatly appreciated :)

During the trip we will visit waterfalls, swim in a natural thermal spring lagoon (25C year round), water caves, canyons, and a few surprises along the way. It is not too extreme or strenuous as we move to the different locations with the minivan. Let’s call it a glamventure day :) This is NOT a hiking day. This tour is suited for almost everyone. Fit or not, young or more experienced ;-) I will guide you to get close to the massive waterfall, swim at the thermal springs and really almost whatever you are up to. If you are not so active, all the locations are perfect for chilling, taking amazing pictures and just enjoy a perfect day in the nature with fellow travellers. Of course there are nice stops to have local food and drinks. This experience is perfect for couples, group of friends, families, hen/stag dos and solo travellers.

Disfrutareis de la Mallorca subterránea en cuevas acuáticas -en la zona de Manacor-, donde experimentaremos la sensación única de visitar lugares escondidos y en grupos reducidos, nadaremos en aguas cristalinas rodeados de formaciones jurásicas y además aprenderéis muchos de los secretos de la espeleología. Una experiencia única y que siempre recordarás en tu viaje a Mallorca. **Además, tomaremos fotos y vídeos de tu experiencia y te enviaremos 3 de forma gratuita (si quieres todas las fotos y vídeos de tu experiencia tendrás que abonar 10€/pers)** Os daremos una mochila con vuestro Traje de neopreno, zapatillas para la cueva, casco e iluminación (todo lo facilitamos nosotros) , dentro podréis acomodar vuestras cosas, necesitareis: agua, toalla, traje de baño puesto, calzado cómodo para un camino con piedras, crema solar, algún snack o fruta. Una vez preparados empezamos a caminar unos 30 minutos hasta la entrada de la cueva. Recordad: entramos en un entorno delicado que tenemos que respetar y proteger, no se puede gritar, ni saltar al agua desde ninguna formación. *Mínimo 2 participantes para realizar la actividad **Consultar disponibilidad si estáis interesados en las fotos. La ubicación para las reservas en fin de semana es distinta a la indicada, está muy cerca. Se enviará ubicación el día anterior a la actividad o antes si así lo solicitáis.

The experience which will last around three hours, we will go to three different rooftop bars in the center of Madrid that offer amazing views of the city. From these viewpoints, you will look out over Madrids iconic monuments and neighborhoods. We will discuss some of the culture as we travel to the rooftops bars. As we travel between bars, you will learn about the best restaurants, neighborhoods, and things to do in Madrid. The ride we provide in this experience takes place through the woods and along the coastline of João Darens, called by many "the last green spot where the woods kiss the ocean". Two easy steps to enjoy this experience : we will send you the coordenates when you book the experience and we will meet you there with the horses, ready to go! Other things to note: I am a horse lover therefore I have an animal friendly policy, my horses don't use any metal bits on their mouths, unless they are still in training, only work two hours a day five days a week and my guests must be under 90kg. No experience with horses is required as no trots or canters are involved in this scenic ride.

Haremos una pausa para que puedas comer tranquilo y sin prisas ya que les aseguramos que en nuestra aventura la idea es que puedas disfrutar; después de la comida pasaremos por la calle de Alfonso VIII, famosa por sus magnificas tiendas donde podremos comprar un lindo recuerdo. Antes de emprender nuestro regreso nos dirigiremos a un viñedo local, atendido por su dueño donde nos explicará su elaboración y disfrutaremos de una cata con el atardecer rodeados de campos, en la llamada toscana Española
