The neighborhood is quiet and provides wonderful walks with fantastic views. We love visiting with guests and sometimes enjoy dinner together, or an evening hike on a nearby trail. Our home boasts inviting décor, a newly installed AC unit, private back deck with barbecue, basketball hoop, cornhole, board games and other numerous amenities. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking up a meal or local restaurants in town are a 10-minute drive down the hill. Enjoy the large front yard where you can savor your morning coffee or an evening drink under the shade of the mulberry tree with views across the valley. Don’t be surprised to see deer or rabbits wandering past. Enjoy some great hiking trails nearby in the lovely, quiet Ranchos neighborhood. We offer a free concierge with some great recommendations:) Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area, centrally located among Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Bryce Canyon National Park, the Grand Canyon (North Rim), Zion National Park, Pipe Spring National Monument, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Kodachrome Basin, Lake Powell, the Wave, Horseshoe Bend and so much more. After a day of adventures, come back and relax with a hot shower and feel free to use our washer and dryer. We also offer two TV’s equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc – just plug in your account info to watch your favorite shows.
