Cabin 36 is located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country in Concan. The Frio River is a short walk from the cabin -- approximately 200 yards. The cabin has a queen bed and a bunk bed. The 4% Resort Fee is actually the 4% Local Hotel Occupancy Tax that Airbnb does not collect and remit on our behalf.

Enjoy the amazing views from this condo from the porch or while lounging by the resort-style pool! Located only 1 mile away from the Frio River & owned by Neal’s Lodges which gives you and your guests exclusive river access at Neal’s! All condos are furnished with basic pots/pans/dishes/utensils.
