Welcome to my 100 year old cozy cottage in historic Atchison! Location! Location! Location! Walking distance to downtown historic Atchison that includes dining, shopping, library and theater. Benedictine college is about a half mile- a 3 minute drive or a lovely 20 minute walk through the historic streets of Atchison.

Located near downtown Atchison in a peaceful historic neighborhood, this simple 1920s residence offers the comforts of home. Property offers free wifi, parking in driveway and street-side, TV (live TV and cinema app), full kitchen (no dishwasher) with a single-cup Keurig and laundry in the basement. There's a king bed in the master bedroom and single bed in the second room with a trundle pull-out single bed will sleep a total of four people. Note: the bathroom is accessed via the main bedroom.

Located on a quiet circle drive, this semi-private suite is a retreat just minutes from Benedictine College and downtown Atchison. This newly renovated basement space includes a bedroom, living room, bath, and separate entry. Do note there is NO door at the bottom of the basement stairs, so our stay is considered a "room in a house" but has much more to offer! A coffee and tea bar is provided for guests as well as Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime streaming.
